About the role

 

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Front Desk Department.

 

What you will do

 

During the internship at the Front Desk our trainee will learn how to:

  • Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, provide information, and address inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, manage reservations and prepare reports
  • Work with housekeeping, room service and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests, and communicate effectively with team members
  • Gain experience in customer service, improve communication and organizational skills and learn the basics of front desk operations

 

What you bring

  • Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences
  • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and multitasking approach
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language
