Embassy Suites Downtown is looking for a friendly and dedicated Part-Time Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and at home from check-in to check-out.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
