DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island is looking for a Quality Manager to join the team! With 723 rooms, 14 food and beverage outlets, 7 Pools and a private beach, this award-winning property offers elevated comfort and food inspired by from around the world.

As a HR Executive, you would be responsible for:

• Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
• Plan and execute reports and regional data
• Implement and enforce hotel HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and hotel industry regulations.
• Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Facilitate communication between management and team members.
