We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and passionate casual Lobby Host who strives to provide and inspire incredible guest service that creates truly memorable experiences for our guests. What we are looking for

• An individual with strong interpersonal skills and good people management ability
• Being innovative, pro-active and reliable, able to work alone and within a team.
• Sufficient experience in a similar position
• An ambassador who must have a passion for hospitality.

JOB SUMMARY

A real people person and at ease in building relationships with the hotels high profile guests. The position requires a self-motivator with a positive attitude and an understanding of superior guest satisfaction to ensure the hotel’s guest are looked after with the highest level of proactive guest service. The Lobby Host will also:

• Respond to any questions from guests and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
• Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest requests.
• Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience 

• Previous experience working within a Customer Service environment preferred

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Pro-active and reliable
• Able to work alone and within a team

Education or Certification

• Good level of English essential
