1、具有酒店宴会销售岗位工作经验，特别是包厢宴会的销售，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，有一定的客户积累，团队合作精神；
2、对高档宴会的组织及执行有丰富的经验；
3、具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力；
4、工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。
