What do we expect from you?
Under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage or any other authorized by the management, ensuring that all guests have an Engaging, Dynamic Experience. Lead and drive Mondrian Doha’s vision by ensuring that all F&B employees consistently use the established tools. Responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing outlet operations, while maintaining a profitable department and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.
