Función General:
El Steward es responsable de mantener la limpieza, desinfección y organización de todas las áreas de cocina, utensilios, equipos y superficies de trabajo, asegurando que se cumplan estrictamente los estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria de Four Seasons. Apoya el funcionamiento fluido de la operación culinaria al garantizar que los equipos estén disponibles, limpios y en condiciones óptimas, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los más altos niveles de sanidad, eficiencia y presentación.
Requisitos:
Deseable experiencia previa como steward o en limpieza en ambientes industriales o de cocina
Certificado vigente en manipulación de alimentos (o disposición a obtenerlo)
Conocimiento básico de productos químicos de limpieza y uso seguro de los mismos
Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico prolongado y en turnos rotativos
Buenas prácticas de higiene personal, orden, puntualidad y responsabilidad
Deseables conocimientos básicos en separación de residuos y sostenibilidad
