Dans le cadre de notre saison 2026, nous recherchons un(e) Superviseur Réception (H/F) autonome, dynamique et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre formidable équipe du Front Desk.

Votre rôle :

En véritable artisan du service, vous contribuez à offrir à nos clients une expérience d’accueil personnalisée et haut de gamme.

Rattaché(e) au Chef de Réception, vous prenez en charge le client lors de son hébergement et vous êtes attentif(ve) aux expressions et demandes du client pendant son séjour.

Vous êtes attentif(ve) aux remarques du client et vous savez travailler dans le respect des standards de qualité de Four Seasons.

Vos missions principales :

  • Coordonner les actions des différentes unités composants le Service Hébergement : Conciergerie – Réception-Voituriers/bagagistes.
  • Prendre le rôle d’interface active et permanente avec tous les autres services et en particulier avec les étages (mises à disposition des chambres – arrivées/départs des clients ..).
  • Superviser l’ensemble des informations administratives et comptables liées au séjour dans le cadre de tous les dossiers – clients et plus particulièrement en saison des clients VIP co-gérés avec son supérieur hiérarchique ou des clients évènementiels avec hébergement tout en garantissant l’application stricte des procédures et standards spécifiques au processus de réception.
  • Être attentif au recueil, par les équipes, des expressions du client sur son séjour (renseignement / prise en compte du cardex).
  • Veillr continuellement à la réalisation et au respect des standards de qualité liés aux affiliations professionnelles de l’établissement (LQA – FHR – Forbes …)
