Valet Parking Attendant

Classification: Full-Time

Schedule: Open Availability, including overnight, weekends and holidays are required.

The hourly rate: $20.32 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Have open and flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• Have at least one year of customer service experience.
• Preferably have previous hotel and valet experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests.
• Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issue in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
