• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service at all times
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages to guests
• Offer recommendations on beverages, teas, coffees, and other menu items based on guest preferences
• Coordinate with the shisha team and other service staff to ensure timely and seamless service
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the dining and lounge areas
• Handle guest requests efficiently and resolve minor issues to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards set by the establishment
• Process payments accurately and maintain proper billing procedures
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations
• Deliver exceptional table service by providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and guest-focused dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a lounge, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-traffic environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Positive attitude, teamwork approach, and a professional appearance
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
