Human Resources Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

What will I be doing?

A Human Resources Administrator provides the Team with administrative support,

  • Maintain Personnel files and all associated tasks
  • Preparation of special projects, as requested
  • Attend all required meetings, minute taking
  • Knowledge of and compliance with all Emergency procedures.
  • Drive CARE culture in the hotel
  • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with other departments, team members and guests
  • Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager and Hotel Manager

  • Previous experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent knowledge of hospitality
