Reporting to the Restaurant Captain / Assistant Maître d’ / Maître d’, the Food & Beverage Server is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience at Fairmont Southampton. This role is a key ambassador for the hotel’s culinary excellence, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and well cared for through attentive service, product knowledge, and a professional approach consistent with Fairmont and Accor service standards.
