This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brand Operations team that works to ensure that Hotel owners and General Managers have the tools and resources that they need to be successful. As a Quality Assurance Manager on the Quality Assurance (QA) team reporting to an Area Manager of QA, you will visit 100+ hotels in your territory and will evaluate and conduct inspections of designated hotels. Your main duty is to protect the integrity of the brands inspected in terms of cleanliness, condition, guest safety and brand standards.
