To drive catering & conference business.

To assist catering sales team to provide consistence catering & conference services.

What you will do

Implements all catering and events sales action plans related to the respective catering market segment and as outlined in the Marketing Plan.

Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget.

Solicit and book all types of catering business from various sources of leads.

Take ownership of customer from point of contract to after sales service.

Develop creative and attractive menu presentations for potential clients.

Creative in upselling for incremental revenue.

Respond to all telephone and walk in inquiries regarding catering space.

Maintain an active trace/follow-up system on all personal sales calls.

Coordinate the sales efforts between sales department and catering to insure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenues.

Follow through the event management flow process until departure of key repeated accounts.

Communicate last minute event details to all operational departments concerned for their own productivity and achievement of guest satisfaction.
