KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

• Develop and implement the annual Marketing & Communications strategy aligned with hotel business objectives.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, forecasts, and ROI measurement.
• Ensure consistent application of Rixos, Ennismore, and Accor brand standards across all communication channels.
• Position Rixos Phu Quoc Vietnam as a leading luxury all-inclusive resort through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, guest insights, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media.
• Manage the hotel’s website content and digital assets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
